- 500 gms chicken tikka 1.1 lbs
- ½ onion cut in thick pieces
- ½ green bell pepper cut in 2.5 cm (1 inch) pieces
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 bay leaf
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- 3 green cardamom
- 1 black cardamom
- 3 cloves
- 2.5 cm cinnamon stick 1 inch piece
- 2 onion finely chopped, big
- 500 ml tomato puree passata
- 2 tbsp cashew nuts ground
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 ½ tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp chilli powder or more
- ¼ tsp Turmeric
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- ½ tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Coriander fresh leaves
- salt to taste
