Chickpea and Brown Rice Veggie Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chickpeas cooked
  • ½ cup brown rice cooked
  • 2 tablespoon plain bread crumbs whole wheat, dried
  • 3 tablespoon carrot shredded
  • 1 tablespoon parsley dried
  • 3 tablespoon scallion s, minced (1 medium, uncooked
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 egg I used 2 egg whites because the burgers wasn't binding well, large, white part
