Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpeas cooked
- ½ cup brown rice cooked
- 2 tablespoon plain bread crumbs whole wheat, dried
- 3 tablespoon carrot shredded
- 1 tablespoon parsley dried
- 3 tablespoon scallion s, minced (1 medium, uncooked
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- 1 egg I used 2 egg whites because the burgers wasn't binding well, large, white part
