Chickpea Salad

Ingredients
- 2 15 oz chickpeas garbanzo beans, rinsed, canned
- ½ red pepper diced small
- ⅓ cup red onion diced small
- 1 cup herbs dill, parsley, and basil, chopped
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 garlic chopped, cloves
- lemon juice of 1
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toss all ingredients in a large bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
