Ingredients

  • 2 15 oz chickpeas garbanzo beans, rinsed, canned
  • ½ red pepper diced small
  • ⅓ cup red onion diced small
  • 1 cup herbs dill, parsley, and basil, chopped
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 garlic chopped, cloves
  • lemon juice of 1
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
