Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold water
  • ½ cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream 4 scoops

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Pour the water, lemon juice, and sugar in the blender. Cover and puree to dissolve the sugar.
  2. Add the vanilla ice cream. Cover and puree again, until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

Notes

  • Try with lime juice or orange juice as well!
