Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 4 ounces diced green chilis
  • 15 ounces chili canned without beans
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the cream cheese, green chilis, and canned chili until well combined. Mix in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Transfer the mixture to an 8x8-inch baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes or until the dip is heated through.
  4. Top the mixture with the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and broil on low until the cheese is melted.
  5. Top with fresh chopped green onions, and serve.
