Chili Lime Salad Dressing
This Chili Lime Salad Dressing blends fresh lime juice, ginger, and the heat from chili garlic sauce with olive oil and sugar for a balanced, tangy, and spicy flavor. The dressing is smooth and slightly sharp, enhanced by freshly ground black pepper and kosher salt. It works well as a zesty accompaniment for salads or as a sauce enhancer for grilled vegetables and proteins. The method is simple, requiring just shaking all ingredients together to combine the flavors properly before adjusting seasoning to taste.
