This fresh, delicious Chili Lime Salad Dressing is fabulous on any salad - it also makes a wonderful sauce for chicken, shrimp, salmon, etc!

Ingredients
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon finely grated fresh ginger (or ginger paste)
- 1 ½ teaspoons Chili garlic sauce
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium-size glass jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake, shake, shake.
- Taste and add more chili garlic sauce and/or salt and pepper, to taste.
