  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne use less for milder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • salt to taste
