Ingredients
- 16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can Ortega whole chilies
- 1 pound ground beef cooked (browned and crumbled)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Beat together milk, flour, eggs, salt and pepper.
- Layer in a 9x13-inch casserole dish: chilies, beef, liquid mixture, then cheese.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
- Bake for 50 minutes.
