Chili's Skillet Queso Recipe

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Velveeta cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 15 oz can Hormel Chili (no beans)
  • 3 teaspoons chili powder (less if you want it more mild)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Cut Velveeta into cubes. Place in a medium pot with the remaining ingredients.
  2. Stir and heat until all cheese is melted.
  3. Serve immediately.
