Chilled Hot Cocoa

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 8 drops liquid smoke
  • 1 cup milk (or non-dairy milk)
  • 2 cups ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate chips, then pour into the base of a blender.
  2. Measure the rest of the ingredients into the base of a blender.
  3. Blend until just combined, and serve immediately.
