Ingredients
- 250 g wheat flour Whole
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 150 g mozzarella cheese Grated
- 2 green chilies Finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp Coriander Chopped
- water As needed
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, salt, and vegetable oil.
- Gradually add water and knead the dough until it's smooth and pliable. Cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix together the grated cheddar cheese, finely chopped green chilies, red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and fresh coriander leaves.
- Divide the dough into equal-sized portions and roll each portion into a ball.
- Roll out one of the dough balls into a circle, place a portion of the cheese mixture in the centre, and fold the edges to seal it. Roll it out again into a paratha.
- Heat a griddle or tawa over medium heat and cook the paratha on both sides until golden brown, adding a little oil or ghee as needed.
- Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls and cheese mixture.
- Serve hot with yogurt or chutney.
