Ingredients

  • 1 cup parsley , finely chopped and packed
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 3 cloves garlic , finely diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes , if you want it less spicy you can cut this in half
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
