Ingredients
- 11/2 cups parsley
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 shallot
- 1 lemon juice and zest
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper fresh ground
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
