Chinese Baked Lobster and Crab Casserole

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces imitation crab meat
  • 12 ounces imitation lobster meat
  • 6 ounces Shrimp
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl combine the imitation crab and lobster meat with the shrimp and mayonnaise. Stir well. Then fold in the sliced green onions.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a 1-quart baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray, top with the mozzarella, and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
