Chinese Oyster Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 middle size broccoli
  • 3 drops of cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Cut the broccoli into small pieces.
  2. Bring some water to a boiling in a pot. Add 3 drops of cooking oil and salt in the water. Blend the broccoli around 1 minute. Transfer out and drain.
  3. Prepare a pan, add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, water and sugar together. Bring them to a boiling.
  4. Mix the sauce with broccoli.

Notes

  • You can add some cornstarch in the sauce if you want to thicken it a little bit.
