Chipotle Aioli

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle peppers in adobo sauce minced
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • salt to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, lime juice, and minced garlic.
  2. Stir until all ingredients are well blended and the sauce is smooth.
  3. Taste and add salt as needed, then transfer to an airtight container. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
