- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chipotle peppers in adobo sauce minced
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 clove garlic minced
- salt to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, lime juice, and minced garlic.
- Stir until all ingredients are well blended and the sauce is smooth.
- Taste and add salt as needed, then transfer to an airtight container. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
