- 1 clove garlic small
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon chipotle pepper* finely minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- ⅛ teaspoon cumin
Instructions
- Place garlic clove on a cutting board and add salt. Mash with a fork until it forms a paste.
- Add mashed garlic to a bowl with remaining ingredients.
- Mix well and season with salt & pepper to taste.

Notes
- This will keep 2-3 days in the fridge.
- Chipotle pepper can be replaced with 1/2 teaspoon chipotle powder or to taste.Add more chipotle pepper for more heat.
