Chipotle Aioli

Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic small
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle pepper* finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • ⅛ teaspoon cumin

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place garlic clove on a cutting board and add salt. Mash with a fork until it forms a paste.
  2. Add mashed garlic to a bowl with remaining ingredients.
  3. Mix well and season with salt & pepper to taste.

Notes

  • This will keep 2-3 days in the fridge.
  • Chipotle pepper can be replaced with 1/2 teaspoon chipotle powder or to taste.Add more chipotle pepper for more heat.
