Chipotle Grilled Chicken Breasts
Easy to prepare, chicken breasts are marinated in a sweet and smoky honey chipotle sauce and then grilled to juicy and tender perfection.
Ingredients
- 20 ounces chicken breast boneless skinless
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chipotle in adobo sauce (can also substitute Tabasco Chipotle sauce)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup scallion chopped
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, chipotle sauce, salt and pepper. Add chicken breasts and toss to coat. Marinade for 30 minutes or up to overnight.
- Pre-heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill for 7-8 minutes per side or until chicken reaches an internal cooking temperature of 160°F or higher.
- Let meat rest 10 minutes before slicing to serve. Garnish with scallions.
