Chipotle Guacamole Recipe
Pool side, oceanside or couch side, it’s always a good time for Chipotle Guacamole. Less is more when it comes to this simple, fresh and tasty recipe.
Ingredients
- 3 avocado ripe Hass
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 cup onion red, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped, fresh
- 1 tablespoon jalapeño seeds removed for less heat, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Halve the avocados, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Add lime juice to the avocados and mash to a smooth consistency with a fork or potato masher.
- Mix in the red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, and salt until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
