Chipotle Guacamole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe Hass avocados
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeño seeds removed for less heat
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Halve the avocados, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add lime juice to the avocados and mash to a smooth consistency with a fork or potato masher.
  3. Mix in the red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, and salt until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
