Ingredients
- 3 ripe Hass avocados
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeño seeds removed for less heat
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Halve the avocados, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Add lime juice to the avocados and mash to a smooth consistency with a fork or potato masher.
- Mix in the red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, and salt until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
