Choco Pillow Bites

These choco pillow bites are buttery, crunchy, nutty cereal bites full of melt-in-your-mouth milk chocolate and need just 3-ingredients to make!! No sugar, No egg, No flour, no cooking and baking, just hands-down one of the easiest bites recipes!

Ingredients

  • 180 g milk chocolate
  • 100 g salted butter
  • 150 g Choco pillows hazelnut flavoured

Instructions

  1. Line a tray with parchment paper.
  2. Crush choco pillows in a food processor or blender.
  3. Microwave chocolate and butter to melt. (30 s) Allow more time if the chocolate does not melt.
  4. Pour this melted chocolate into the crushed choco pillows. Save a sufficient amount of chocolate to decorate the bites later on.
  5. Fill the lined tray with this mixture and press down to smooth the top.
  6. Decorate with chocolate by creating some patterns on the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to set the mixture.
  8. Cut the bites into the shape you like.
  9. Serve these yummy chocolate pillow bites as and when required!!

Notes

  •  
  • Refrigerate for sufficient time to set it properly. If you slice the mixture before the setting, these will not turn into nice neat bites.
