Chocolate Almond No Bake Cookies

These Chocolate Almond No Bake Cookies are a perfect treat when you are looking for something sweet.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • ½ cup almond milk Almond Breeze, hint of honey vanilla
  • ½ cup butter 1 stick, cubed, unsalted
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • 2 3/4 cup oats quick cooking
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Measure out the quick cooking oats, vanilla and almond butter.
  2. Lay down wax paper on the counter
  3. In a large saucepan, add granulated sugar and cocoa powder. Mix to combine.
  4. Add in butter and almond milk
  5. Turn on medium to high heat and let the butter melt. Stir often.
  6. Stir the ingredients until it comes to a boil. When it comes to a rolling boil in the center of the pan, time it for two minutes.
  7. Remove saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla, almond butter and quick cooking oats. Stir until everything is incorporated
  8. Spoon the mixture onto the wax paper with two spoons and let cool completely.

Notes

  • Since these Chocolate Almond No Bake Cookies contain almond milk, you'll want to store these cookies in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
