Chocolate Almond No Bake Cookies
These Chocolate Almond No Bake Cookies are a perfect treat when you are looking for something sweet.
Ingredients
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
- ½ cup almond milk Almond Breeze, hint of honey vanilla
- ½ cup butter 1 stick, cubed, unsalted
- ½ cup almond butter
- 2 3/4 cup oats quick cooking
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Measure out the quick cooking oats, vanilla and almond butter.
- Lay down wax paper on the counter
- In a large saucepan, add granulated sugar and cocoa powder. Mix to combine.
- Add in butter and almond milk
- Turn on medium to high heat and let the butter melt. Stir often.
- Stir the ingredients until it comes to a boil. When it comes to a rolling boil in the center of the pan, time it for two minutes.
- Remove saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla, almond butter and quick cooking oats. Stir until everything is incorporated
- Spoon the mixture onto the wax paper with two spoons and let cool completely.
Notes
- Since these Chocolate Almond No Bake Cookies contain almond milk, you'll want to store these cookies in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
