- 1 medium banana frozen into chunks
- 1 Medjool date pitted
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons cashew butter or favorite nut butter
- 2 tablespoons hemp hearts optional
- ½ cup milk of choice
optional add-ins
- scoop of protein powder
- 1 tablespoon maca powder or reishi powder
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- handful of spinach
- scoop of collagen peptides
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender; blend until smooth. Check for desired consistency and add more liquid if you'd like.
