Chocolate bars with nuts
These chocolate bars with nuts and coconut are delicious and easy to prepare with only four ingredients. The perfect blend of crisp nuts and creamy chocolate creates a satisfying treat anytime, anywhere!
Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 395 ml condensed milk
- 50 g desiccated coconut
- 30 g walnut roughly chopped, mixed
- 30 g almond roughly chopped, mixed
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate along with condensed milk using double boiler.
- Once the chocolate is melted. Add desiccated coconut and mix well.
- Add roughly chopped nuts and mix well.
- Pour the chocolate-coconut mix into a lined rectangular dish and press it all down evenly while hot.
- Sprinkle nuts on the top of the chocolate coconut mix.
- Refrigerate for 4-5 hrs or overnight preferably, remove the parchment and cut into bars. Here, you are ready with the delicious and quick chocolate coconut bars!
Notes
- Use parchment to line the dish.
- Refrigerate the chocolate nut mixture for at least 4-5 hours/overnight to get the nice neat bars when you cut them.
- You can also toast the nuts in a dry pan over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until fragrant before use.
