Ingredients

  • ½ C unsalted butter softened
  • 2 C sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 C buttermilk
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ⅛ tsp kosher salt
  • ⅛ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 9 in Deep pie dish unbaked
Chocolate ganache ingredients
  • 1 C semi sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ C Hazelnut coffee creamer

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and place the pie dish onto a cookie sheet.
  2. Using a large bowl and hand mixer, cream together the butter and sugar.
  3. Beat in the eggs, one at a time.
  4. Beat in the buttermilk, flour, vanilla, salt, and nutmeg until combined.
  5. Pour into the pie dish and bake for 55-65 minutes or until set.
  6. Allow to cool completely before placing into the fridge overnight.
Chocolate Ganache Directions
    Cup of Yum
  1. Using a small pot, bring the creamer to a slow simmer.
  2. Pour over the chocolate chips in a heat safe bowl.
  3. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Pour over cold pie and smooth evenly.
  5. Cut and serve.
