Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups unsweetened coconut milk in the can
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free honey
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Pour the unsweetened coconut milk into a mason jar or mixing bowl.
- Add in the honey or sweetener, pour in the vanilla exact, cocoa powder and chia seeds.
- Mix until well combined. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve with your choice of toppings, fresh fruit, whip cream or shaved chocolate.
