Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened coconut milk in the can
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free honey
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Pour the unsweetened coconut milk into a mason jar or mixing bowl.
  2. Add in the honey or sweetener, pour in the vanilla exact, cocoa powder and chia seeds.
  3. Mix until well combined. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Serve with your choice of toppings, fresh fruit, whip cream or shaved chocolate.

Notes

  • *If you don't have the sugar-free honey, you can use liquid stevia or the powdered Keto friendly sweetener of your choice (to taste).
