Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (55 grams) old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup (120 milliliters) milk dairy or non-dairy such as oat or almond
- 1/4 cup (60 grams) Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons (26 grams) almond butter
- 1-2 tablespoons (12-25 grams) light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon (12 grams) mini chocolate chips plus more for topping
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
- pinch salt
- pinch ground cinnamon
- Sliced bananas or strawberries for serving
Instructions
- In a jar or bowl, fold together the oats, milk, yogurt, almond butter, brown sugar, mini chocolate chips, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon.
- Cover and refrigerate 8 hours to overnight (or 4-5 hours if you are using quick oats).
- Serve cold and top with sliced bananas, strawberries, a sprinkling of brown sugar, and/or additional chocolate chips if desired.
