Ingredients

  • 1 1 cup butter
  • 1 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 1 cup sugar
  • 2 2 eggs
  • 1 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3 3 cups flour
  • ½ ½ cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ¾ ¾ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 1 cup peanut butter chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350º Fahrenheit.
  2. Cream butter then add sugars and mix until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until well-combined.
  3. Add flour, oats, sea salt, and baking soda to butter mixture. Mix well and then stir in chocolate chips and peanut butter chips.
  4. Scoop cookie dough onto a cookie sheet spacing well apart to allow room for the cookie to spread lightly.
  5. Bake for about 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
