Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans toasted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, using a mixer, beat together the butter and confectioners' sugar. Mix in the vanilla and salt. Add flour one cup at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in the chocolate chips and pecans until evenly distributed through the batter. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls. Place each cookie 2 inches apart onto a cookie sheet. Flatten each cookie with a fork.
  3. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until a light golden brown.
