Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix 3.4 oz box
  • 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 package milk chocolate chips 11 oz bag

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Beat together the butter and sugars in a large mixing bowl with either a hand held mixer or a stand up mixture until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add in the eggs, one at a time. Beating after each one.  Then add in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the pudding mix, flour, baking soda and salt.
  5. Then gradually add the flour mixture into the butter mixture until just combined.  Be careful not to over mix.
  6. Then stir in the chocolate chips.
  7. Drop the cookie batter onto baking sheets using a cookie scoop.
  8. Then bake for 8-10 minutes until the edges are slightly golden brown.
  9. Let the cookies sit on the baking sheets for 5 minutes and then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Then they are ready to enjoy!
