Chocolate Chunk Peppermint Pudding Cookies

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter *softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 box instant chocolate pudding mix small box, devil's food
- 2 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup peppermint chips *or crushed candy cane/crushed peppermint kisses
- 1 cup chocolate chips semi-sweet
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until just combined.
- Slowly add in the baking soda and flour.
- Stir in the peppermint chips and chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough out and roll into 1-inch balls.
- Place on cookie sheet and place cookie sheet into preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes.
- Remove and allow to cool slightly before enjoyed!
