Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter *softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 box instant chocolate pudding mix small box, devil's food
  • 2 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup peppermint chips *or crushed candy cane/crushed peppermint kisses
  • 1 cup chocolate chips semi-sweet

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until just combined.
  4. Slowly add in the baking soda and flour.
  5. Stir in the peppermint chips and chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop dough out and roll into 1-inch balls.
  7. Place on cookie sheet and place cookie sheet into preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes.
  8. Remove and allow to cool slightly before enjoyed!
