Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Chocolate Covered Strawberries feature fresh strawberries dipped in melted semisweet chocolate that hardens into a glossy coating. This simple combination offers a juicy, sweet bite balanced by rich chocolate. The fruit is dried before dipping to ensure the chocolate adheres properly and sets with a smooth finish. They make an elegant, straightforward dessert or snack.
