Ingredients

  • 1 cup water or almond milk
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 cup strawberries frozen, organic
  • 1/4 avocado ripe
  • 2 spinach fresh, handfuls

  • 1 cacao powder raw, heaping tablespoons
  • ice , if needed for texture
