Chocolate for dipping
- 1 1 cup chocolate chips dark, semisweet, or milk chocolate, melted
- 2 2 teaspoons coconut oil melted
Instructions
- Prepare shortbread cookies according to Slice and Bake Shortbread Cookies Recipe. Allow to cool completely.
