Ingredients
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 pineapple
- 2 bananas
- 1 pint strawberries
Instructions
- Add the heavy cream and chocolate chips to a greased slow cooker, stirring to combine. Cook on high for 30ish minutes, stirring intermittently, until the chocolate is melted.
- While the chocolate melts, cut the pineapple, slice the bananas and cut the ends off of the strawberries. (See this article for tips on how to cut a pineapple.)
- Once the chocolate is done, either remove from heat and serve immediately or turn to warm and keep warm until serving. Serve melted chocolate on a platter with a spoon surrounded by the sliced fruit. Give each guest a plate and a fork and let them serve themselves.
Cup of Yum
Notes
- If you don't have a small slow cooker, you can melt your chocolate in a small saucepan over medium heat. Just watch it closely and stir it often while it is melting.
