Ingredients

  • 2 spinach organic, heaping cups
  • 1 cup almond milk or your milk of choice, unsweetened
  • 1 cup water more or less, for desired thickness, filtered
  • ½ avocado pit and skin removed
  • 1 protein powder I used Vega Sport, chocolate flavor, scoop of choice
  • ¼ cup fresh mint or 1 drop of mint extract
  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs
  • stevia for sweetness, to taste
  • ice optional

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until thick and smooth.
