Chocolate Mint Protein Smoothie
this chocolate mint smoothie tastes like a dessert, but can pass as a meal replacement.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop 1 serving Chocolate protein powder
- 1 cup water almond, coconut, unsweetened, or milk
- 1/2 banana frozen
- 6 mint fresh leaves or 1/4 teaspoon extract
- 1-2 cups ice
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Add ice if desired
