Chocolate Oatmeal Smoothie
Not only is cocoa a natural source of caffeine, but when combined with ripe berries, bananas, and oats it becomes a creamy and delicious healthy smoothie to keep you full all day long.
Ingredients
- ½ cup berries strawberries, blueberries, etc, of choice
- ½ banana
- ¼ cup oats
- 2 cups spinach (or any leafy greens)
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon Flaxseed (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup water
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ice (to thicken)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and puree until smooth.
