  • ⅔ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup milk
  • 3 eggs at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup hot water

  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and fold together until combined. Add the hot water and mix until combined. Scraped into the prepared pan, smoothing the batter into an even layer.
