Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- ½ cup cocoa
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 cups sugar
- ¾ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups water
- ½ cup peanut butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Sift together flour, cocoa, salt, and baking soda.
- Create a well in the dry ingredients and add the olive oil, vinegar, vanilla, and water.
- Whisk until combined.
- Pour into a greased 9x13 baking pan.
- Dot the surface with the peanut butter. Swirl in the peanut butter.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
