- 1 cup Butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups peanut butter chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F degrees.
- In a stand mixer, cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until fluffy.
- Add flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt and mix until combined.
- Fold in peanut butter chips.
- Scoop cookies out onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.
