Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Bars (Only 4 Ingredients!)

These 4-ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Bars are the best no bake dessert! They take less than 10 minutes to make and are super easy to throw together. These bars are perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth and if you’re a peanut butter and chocolate lover like me, you’re going to be obsessed with them!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips (240g)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (120g)
  • 3 cups crunchy cereal (80g) like Rice Krispies, puffed rice, any small crunchy cereal
  • 1/4 cup collagen peptides or protein powder (30g) can omit

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter in a large microwave safe bowl at 70% power, stirring in between, until melted.
  2. Stir in the collagen peptides, then stir in the crunchy cereal.
  3. Transfer to a 8-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes then slice and enjoy!

Notes

  • ​Store these peanut butter crunch bars in the refrigerator in an airtight container or large Ziplock bag. 
  • You can also freeze these crunch bars for up to 3 months. Just wrap tightly then place in freezer-safe bag. I like to let mine thaw for 5-10 minutes at room temperature before eating!
