- 1 cup low fat chocolate milk 1/2 of it frozen into cubes
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tablespoons vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder or finely ground coffee
- Granola for topping the smoothie
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients, minus the granola, to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with desired amount of granola.
