Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
The ultimate make-ahead breakfast recipe, chocolate peanut butter overnight oats soak in the fridge to be perfect come morning.
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk or milk of choice, low fat
- 1 ½ cups whole milk yogurt plain
- 1 ripe banana (mashed)
- ¼ cup peanut butter melted, creamy natural
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups old fashioned oats Bob’s Red Mill organic
- ¼ cup flax seed meal
- peanut butter optional garnish to serve, peanut butter melted
- chocolate chips optional garnish to serve, peanut butter melted
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together milk, yogurt, mashed banana, melted peanut butter, cocoa powder, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir in oats and flax seed to incorporate.
- Divide mixture between four glass jars or keep in bowl and refrigerator overnight. Garnish to serve with additional melted peanut butter or chocolate chips if you wish.
Notes
- Can be stored in air-tight container for up to 5 days.
