Ingredients
- 1 cup (230 grams) whole milk ricotta
- 3 tablespoons (21 grams) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) honey plus more for drizzling
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup (55 grams) granola
- 1/2 cup (80 grams) fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons (7 grams) unsweetened coconut flakes
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the ricotta, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Adjust flavors to taste.
- Fill the bottom of two small glasses with 1/4 of the ricotta mixture each.
- Top each with a layer of the granola, blueberries, and coconut flakes.
- Cover with the remaining chocolate ricotta.
- Top with the remaining granola, blueberries, and coconut flakes.
- Drizzle with a little honey and serve immediately.
