Chocolate Waffle Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup milk, 2% or higher
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat waffle iron.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar and cocoa in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Stir in milk, eggs and butter and mix until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Scoop out almost 1 cups worth of batter and pour onto greased waffle iron. Cook for a few minutes, or until golden brown.
