Broccoli Salad
- 1 broccoli chopped into small pieces (about 4 cups chopped, medium head
- 1 (15-ounce) chickpeas rinsed, canned
- 1 yellow bell pepper chopped
- 2 celery ribs chopped
- ⅓ cup onion red, chopped
- ¼ cup almonds slivered
- 3 ounces goat cheese crumbled
Lemon Tahini Dressing
- ¼ cup tahini
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- 1 lemon juiced (about 3 tablespoons juice)
- 1 garlic minced, clove

Instructions
