Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 pound green beans, chopped into ¼-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic chili oil, or more to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the vegetable oil.
  2. When the oil is hot, add the chopped green beans. Cook, stirring occasionally for 8-10 minutes, or until the green beans are tender and browned.
  3. Add the garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic chili oil, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine. Cook for 1 minute.
  4. Remove from heat and serve hot.
