Ingredients
Salad
- 1 English cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 1 bell pepper any color
- 10 ounces grape tomatoes ,
Dressing
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Chop the cucumbers, dice the red onion and bell pepper and halve the grape tomatoes.
- To make the dressing, in a serving bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Add the chopped ingredients to the bowl with the dressing and toss.
